1 on 1 training
One-on-one training is a type of fitness training where I work with you individually. This type of training can be customized to your individual needs and goals, and it can be tailored to your fitness level, experience, and interests!

Small Group Training
Small group training is a great way to get in shape and stay motivated. It’s a hybrid of personal training and a group fitness class, with a small group of clients (2-3) working out together with my guidance. This type of training provides the personalized attention of personal training with the camaraderie and motivation of group fitness classes.
