Working out with Coach Vic was the best experience I could have asked for when I started my fitness journey. I’ve always been insecure about my body and about going to the gym but Coach Vic helped me out so much throughout my journey, from correcting my form to answering any questions I had. When it was hard to keep going, he was right there counting down reps with me, pushing me further down for squats, adding more weight knowing that I can do it when I didn’t think I could. He will push and encourage you to reach levels you didn’t know you could reach all while creating a fun and positive environment. My experience with him helped me transform my body + mind and I’m so appreciative for it.

I worked with Coach Victor for about 2 years. In that time he helped me loose 80 pounds of body fat and gain muscle all through proper nutrition and weight training. Before working with Coach Victor, I didn’t know anything about nutrition or working out. He took his time to teach me the fundamentals and create a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle change. He was always detail oriented and ready to answer whatever questions, and always knew how to accommodate for injuries I had. The thing I love the most about Coach Victor’s training style is his ability to connect with his clients. He wanted to genuinely get to know who I am, what I struggle with, what my goals were, and created realistic goals that would fit my lifestyle. He knows how to meet clients where they are at, and still be able to push them to achieve more and be better. If you want to reach your goals, Coach Victor is the trainer to have! He is truly one the best around!

I trained with Coach Vic for 2 and 1/2 years and it was the most transformative time in my life. With Victor’s guidance and training I was able to lose 106lbs. Prior to training with Victor I had been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and asthma. Due to losing so much weight and having a consistent diet I was able to be taken off all my medications for Diabetes and Asthma which is a very hard thing to do and I attribute it all to the hard work I put in training with Victor. My original goal when I started to train with Victor was just to lose 25lbs and get my diabetes under control but he saw something in me that I never saw in myself and he pushed me to become my very best and the healthiest I’ve ever been. The workouts Victor created were challenging but he was there to help guide you through it. I appreciate everything he did for me. He really is one of the best!
